YOUTH councillors have given their support to the turnaround efforts of a college.
Saboohi Famili, principal at Epping Forest College, and Phil Hall, deputy principal, met with 25 youth councillors from Epping to discuss the progress being made after it was given an “inadequate” rating last year.
Mr Hall gave a short presentation about recent improvements and gave an overview of the college.
Vice-chairman of the youth council, Marley Chick, said: "I am very pleased to see the senior staff at Epping Forest College are keen to engage with young people and it is evident and very encouraging that the college is taking this process seriously.”
