Itseems as if this week's awful weather has come to an end, but you might have delays to contend with this morning instead.
Here is your morning update for Wednesday, August 2:
Travel
A signal failure a Farringdon station is causing minor delays this morning for commuters on the Circle and Hammersmith and City lines.
The same problem is also causing minor delays between Harrow on the Hill and Aldgate on the Metropolitan line.
Traffic
There is currently slow traffic on M11 southbound before Junction 4 with the A406 North Circular at Woodford.
There are also delays on the A406 itself southbound at the junction for the A12 at Redbridge Roundabout due to sheer weight of traffic.
Weather
If you were beginning to get sick and tired of the typical Great British summer showers we have seen this week fear not, some slightly better weather is on the way.
Today is likely to stay dry with temperatures reaching highs of around 20 degrees Celsius, and we may been patches of sunshine this morning and later in the evening.
