Two men have been charged with murder after a teenager was stabbed to death.
Kareem Lashley-Weekes, 19, of Maryland Park, Stratford, and Ayrton Ambrose, 19, of Glengall Road, Peckham, are accused of killing 16-year-old Joshua Bwalya in Barking on August 2.
Both are further charged with two counts of attempted murder of a 16-year-old male youth and a 20-year-old man.
They will appear in custody later today (Thursday, August 10), at Barkingside Magistrates' Court.
An 18-year-old man has been bailed pending further enquiries to a date in September.
Joshua died in the early hours of Wednesday, August 2 in Movers Lane, Barking, after police found him stabbed near the junction with Ripple Road.
London Ambulance Service paramedics were rushed to the scene but the teenager was pronounced dead on arrival.
