The man was bailed to return to a central London police station next month
A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of being a member of a banned terrorist group.
Detectives from the Met’s Counter Terrorism Command arrested the 24-year-old man in east London at around 7.30am on Sunday, March 25.
He was arrested under the Police and Criminal Evidence Act and taken into custody at a central London police station.
The 24-year-old was released on bail on Monday, March 26, and will return to a central London police station on a date in mid-April.
