Two men have been jailed following a drugs bust in which uncovered thousands of pounds worth of crack cocaine and heroin during a raid.
Yakine Nait-Alamara of Yardley Close, Chingford, and Junior Archer, of Viking Place, Leyton both pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply Class A drugs at Snaresbrook Crown Court.
In December 2016, officers from the Met Police’s Lea Bridge Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT), executed a warrant at Archer’s home address.
Inside the property they discovered crack cocaine and heroin with a street value of almost £7,000, as well as a quantity of cash.
Several men, including Nait-Alamara and Archer, were arrested as a result of the raid.
Nait-Alamara was jailed for 25 months after admitting possession of heroin with intent to supply.
Archer was sentenced to 16 months behind bars after pleading guilty to permitting the supply of Class A drugs on a premises.
All drugs and cash found during the raid have since been destroyed.
