Why not audition for a national TV programme to be in with a chance of showcasing your culinary talents to viewers across the UK?
Channel 4 is looking for adults in Essex to take part in an episode of the popular cooking programme, Come Dine With Me.
Four or five strangers will compete against each other, scoring points from their fellow contestants for their dinner parties, with the winner taking home £1,000 in prize money.
The Essex episode will be shot between November 22 and 30.
