More than 60 companies from the area attended a celebration of entrepreneurs.
Hosted by Cllr Richard Bassett, the chairman of Epping Forest District Council, and organised by One Epping Forest, the evening included talks from a range of local business owners and entrepreneurs.
Held at the council's Civic Offices in Epping, partner at Hasler chartered accountants Jon O’Shea delivered a talk as one of main sponsors of the evening.
The theme of the event was ‘training the employees of tomorrow’ and it was attended by a number of schools and youth council representatives.
The evening included a prize draw to raise funds for causes including Epping Forest Community Transport.
Cllr Bassett said: “I hope this celebration of the contribution our local businesses make to the life and prosperity of can district can become an annual event.
"I would like to thank Haslers and our other main sponsors for helping make this event a reality.”
