Mr Anderson said: “I would like to thank all my volunteers who helped us bring this together successfully. And Joy from KukooLaLaCafe for allowing us to have the event in her marquee and for all her support and help.

“Also for all the Waltham Forest residents who donated gifts, clothing and food. I seriously cannot thank everyone enough for their support and help. If anyone would like to donate to Tommy's Kitchen. Many thanks”

Tommy’s Kitchen opens twice a week to provide a hot meal and refreshments to people in need on Tuesdays and Fridays from 12pm to 2.30pm.
