A PAIR of extremely talented Essex lads are featuring in a concert with the English Chamber Orchestra.
Benjamin Grosvenor, 14, and Orlando Jopling will be presenting the Elgar Introduction to Allegro Mendelssohn Incidental music to a Midsummer Night's Dream and the Chopin Piano Concerto No.1.
Benjamin Grosvenor, won the Keyboard Final of the BBC Young Musician of the Year 2004, at the age of 11. He is studying at the Royal Academy of Music and playing with the Brazilian Symphony Orchestra in Rio de Janeiro.
Orlando Jopling, who attended Colchester Royal Grammar School, and studied music at Cambridge University and the Royal Academy of Music, has recorded with the English Chamber Orchestra.
The English Chamber Orchestra has been established for 46 years, and has performed in more countries than any other orchestra and recorded over 1,200 works.
