In reference to Loraine Sladden’s email, I hope her father has received his vaccination.
I too received a letter from the NHS on 25th January telling me to go online a book my jab. I did this and I too was offered the Excel Centre. This I did not consider practical and therefore rang the Covid help number. I was told I would have to go to the Excel Centre, which I declined.
I rang my GP and the receptionist made me an appointment for Forest Road the next day. Are there two systems that don’t talk to each other?
