Three men have been charged after a man from Leyton was stabbed to death during a fight.

Mohamed Ensser, 33, died after being stabbed during a fight in East Ferry Road on the Isle of Dogs on September 21.

Police have now charged three men - all from Tower Hamlets - for crimes connected to the death and are holding them in custody until their next court date.

Kwabena Boateng, 20, is accused of murder and will appear at the Old Bailey in February next year.

Ibrahim Taher, 22, and 64-year-old Kenneth McCreaner are both accused of "assisting an offender".

They are both due to appear at Snaresbrook Crown Court on December 10.
