ARSENAL are set to make a summer move for Palermo's Brazilian star Amauri, according to reports from Italy.
The striker is highly regarded in Serie A after netting 13 times this season.
The 27-year-old was almost certain to join Juventus at the end of the season and negotiations were at an advanced stage.
But the clubs have reached a stumbling point over the transfer, with problems arising over which Juventus players will go in the other direction to make up part of the £18 million asking price.
That has left the Gunners free to step in and snatch the player.
