Nearly 60 years separate these two photographs.
A wonderful photo from the early 1960s of the Chingford Municipal Offices adjacent to the Town Hall on The Ridgeway.
Opened in 1960, the building was used by the borough of Chingford until the enlarged London Borough of Waltham Forest was formed in 1965.
The building continued to be used until 2007 and was eventually demolished in 2011.
