Over 100 years separate these pictures of Market Day in Epping.
Records show that there has been a market in Epping since 1253. Although mainly a cattle market, pigs and geese were also traded here.
The selling of livestock came to an end in 1961.
The market still operates today selling a wide range of clothing and household goods.
