A MAN has admitted using a woman’s bank card without her consent to pocket £400.
Lee Bennett, 53, of Lon Y Coes in Pontardawe, appeared at Swansea Crown Court charged with fraud by false representation.
It was alleged that Bennett dishonestly made a false representation as he used the woman’s bank card without her consent to withdraw £400 in Pontardawe on June 17 last year.

At a plea and trial preparation hearing, he pleaded guilty.
Bennett was remanded in to custody and will return to court on May 17.
