The building on the left In Loughton High Road, c1915, was the post office for many years.
Due to expansion, it moved to larger premises on Forest Road in 1908.
The Loughton House & Estate Agency occupied the premises in anticipation of Loughton’s expansion during the 1920s and 30s.
