Beautiful Barley and Bluey are a very special bonded pair looking for a special forever home together.

They were found struggling to fend for themselves in a garden.

It was heart-breaking, not only because they were vulnerable kittens, but we soon discovered that Bluey was in fact blind and her brother, Barley could only see out of one eye.

But despite their difficult start, their fosterer tells us this super affectionate pair are utterly remarkable!

They really are the dearest trusting souls, full of love and fun and they certainly don’t let their sight problems hold them back when it comes to playtime, which they commit to wholeheartedly.

These little purr monsters may need a little extra care to keep them safe and an environment with plenty of toys and enrichment, but we just know they will reward you a hundredfold.

We are always here to provide any advice you may need too.

Barley and Blue would love to show you how they can charge around and play with the best of them and are certainly at the front of the queue when any treats are offered.

There is certainly nothing wrong with their sense of smell or their appetites for that matter!

This little pair need a calm, indoor-only home with an experienced cat owner, who will support them and be sensitive to their particular needs.

They would appreciate someone who is around most of the time too, as they just love company and being with you as much as possible.

Bluey would like you to know that being blind doesn’t hold her back at all.

Cats have finely developed senses and little Bluey will gradually learn the layout of her surroundings. She would certainly appreciate if the floorspace was kept the same and items not moved around too much, as this will be more challenging for her to navigate.

Once she has memorised this, she will trot around confidently and happily, often following Barley.

The bond between Barley and Bluey is heart-warming to see and they truly bring out the best in each other.

The duo have so much love to give and certainly deserve a safe, understanding home together and to be cherished for the rest of their lives.

If you could be the special person to offer this special little pair the loving home they need, please get in touch.
