Two businesses in Waltham Forest have been awarded the highest possible food hygiene rating following inspections carried out earlier this month, according to the latest data from the Food Standards Agency.

Baggio's at The Nags Head Public House, located at 9 Orford Road, received a five-star rating on March 7.

A day earlier, on March 6, Corner Café at New Spitalfields Market, 11 Sherrin Road also secured a top score of five.

Both ratings fall within the past 14-day data window extracted from local authority records.

More ratings for Waltham Forest businesses are expected as inspections continue across the borough.
