The first picture has been shared of a 24-year-old man who died after being fatally stabbed in Leyton last week.
Reports of a fight involving a group on Saint Georges Road were made to the emergency services at 12.40am on April 23.
24-year-old Suhayb Abdulkadir was found nearby suffering stab wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
His family have revealed that despite the devastating loss of their son, the stories shared by those who knew him have been "heart-warming".
They said: “Suhayb lit up every room he entered and put a smile on the faces of even those who did not know him.
"He was an amazing uncle to his niece, honourable brother to his siblings and dutiful son to his mother.
"Although his death has been devastating, it has been heart-warming to hear the many stories from people from all walks of life sharing the massive impact he has had on them.
"His presence, warmth and kindness will never be forgotten, and he has left an everlasting impact on all of those who were fortunate to know him.
"We love you immensely, Suhayb, more than you know, and we cannot wait for you to be reunited with your brother.”
Two men are due to appear at court today (April 27) charged with murder.
Police have released one man under investigation, and another has been bailed.
