A NEW organ will be put through its paces at an inaugural recital.
Dr Alan Thurlow will perform on the newly installed Viscount Prestige digital organ at Loughton Methodist Church, in the High Road, at 7.30pm on Saturday, June 20.
Dr Thurlow was brought up in Loughton and studied at Bancrofts School, Woodford Green, before studying music and becoming organist and master of choristers at Chichester Cathedral.
