A MOTORCYCLIST died after his machine was involved in a head-on collision with a car in Chigwell Lane, Loughton, between the M11 and Roles Park Corner.
The man was certified dead at the scene by a doctor from the Royal London Hospital air ambulance, which was called at about 4.25pm Wednesday, February 18.
The woman car driver was taken to Whipps Cross Hospital, Leytonstone. Her injuries or condition were not known at the time of going to press.
Police want to speak to the rider of another motorbike believed to have been nearby at the time of the accident. The rider or anyone else who witnessed the accident should ring Chigwell road policing unit on 01279 621881.
