THE Loughton Festival has announced its two charities for next year will be Oak View Special School and the Dream Factory, which helps seriously ill children.
Festival organiser Sue Taylor is now launching an appeal for other groups and societies in Epping Forest to help the festival by holding a fundraising event or a collection.
