DISABLED young people and their parents and carers are being invited to a special information event.
The Transition Fair will take place at William Morris School, in Folly Lane, on November 19.
Organised by the Specialist Children's Service, it aims to provide information on topics including health, education, training and social services.
The event is to take place between 10am and 1pm.
