A WOMAN who made her neighbours' lives a misery by playing loud music in the middle of the night has been fined £100.
Sarah-Louise Blyther, of Sewardstone Street in Waltham Abbey, was slapped with the fine and a further £100 costs after pleading guilty to breaking a noise abatement order served on her by Epping Forest District Council.
She was first given the order in June after an investigation by council officers, which was launched following a raft of complaints from neighbours.
The abatement notice ordered her to keep the volume of music and amplified sound from her home "at a level that will not cause a statutory nuisance to the occupiers of noise sensitive premises."
But on Saturday September 12 she was caught making a loud noise at around 5.30am, prompting another flurry of complaints from residents.
