IT'S that time of year again when romance is in the air.

As we approach Valentine's Day on February 14, we are offering readers the chance to tell their loved one how much they care about them through the local Guardian.

Last year hundreds of people sent in their messages of love to the Guardian and they appeared in our special Valentine's Day supplement.

People across the district had their day made when they read beautifully worded messages of love and friendship.

Messages were sent to husbands, wives, fiances, boyfriends and girlfriends, fathers and mothers.

Make your loved one's Valentine's Day even more special this year, write a short message to them and send it to the Guardian.

To get your message in the supplement, send it to Valentine Messages, Newsdesk, Guardian House, 480-500 Larkshall Road, Highams Park E4 9GD or you can email your message to valentines@london.newsquest.co.uk.

Messages must be submitted by Thursday, January 27.
