VOTERS will finally see a complete list of candidates to choose from at the forthcoming general election today.
The deadline for candidates to register to stand in constituencies across the country closed at 5pm yesterday (April 20).
This includes the three constituencies covering the Wanstead and Woodford area: Chingford and Woodford Green, where Tory MP Iain Duncan Smith is seeking re-election; Ilford North, where fellow Conservative member Lee Scott is hoping to retain his seat; and Leyton and Wanstead, which is though by many to be wide open as the incumbent Labour MP Harry Cohen stands down amid his expenses scandal.
Keep checking the Guardian Series website for full details of the candidates in these constituencies.
