KEEP-FIT classes with a difference have just started in Loughton.
Professional dancer Jackie Jensen has launched a number of Zumba classes in the town offering people the chance to exercise to Latin American music.
Sessions are available at St Edmunds Church Hall, in Traps Hill, on Mondays from 10am to 11am and in the evening from 7.45pm to 8.45pm.
There will also be a session on Thursday morning at 10am at the Loughton Club, in Station Road, Loughton.
Each session costs £5 on the door and is suitable for all ages.
