AN APPLICATION to build three houses has been approved.
Applicant John Ayling wants to build the three-bedroom properties at 67-69 Yardley Lane in Chingford.
The council said prior to any building work taking place details of the proposed finished floor levels inside and outside must be submitted and approved.
