A BID for permission to build a house extension has been denied.
Applicant Andreas Panayiotou hoped to erect a ground and first floor-extension to 92 The Ridgeway in Chingford.
But the council said plans for the single-storey extension would have a "severe detrimental impact" on the natural light, outlook and privacy of neighbouring residents.
