HORSE-DRAWN woodland tours and tree climbing will feature at a family activity day on October 29.
The event starts at 10am at Epping Forest Burial Park in Kiln Road, North Weald, and finishes at 3pm.
Entry is free but donations to North Weald Fire Rescue are welcomed.
As part of the day families will have the chance to help out on a variety of woodland management tasks, including path building and ditch clearing, and learn about the forest’s rich wildlife.
