A COLOURFUL Christmas parade is set to make its return this year.
The Cavalcade of Light, which was cancelled last year over health and safety fears, will make its comeback on November 25.
The festive parade will start at the Town Hall on Highbridge Street, Waltham Abbey, and make its way through Market Square and down Sun Street before pausing as visitors from Horstel in Germany, the town’s twin, turn on the Christmas lights.
There will also be a funfair with stalls, rides and music.
Anyone interested in being part of the parade should contact Waltham Abbey Town Council on 01992 714949.
