DR Ijaz Hayat, of the Hayat Medical Centre in Boundary Road, Walthamstow, was investigated in 2009 following an allegation that he referred patients to personal injury lawyers.
Both the General Medical Council and Waltham Forest primary care trust found the claims were unsubstantiated.
