Dagenham & Redbridge defender Mickey Spillane has been nominated for the League Two player of the month award

The 23-year-old scored three goals for the Daggers in March, including the only strike in the 1-0 victory against Port Vale on Saturday.

Spillane has made 28 appearances for John Still’s side this season and has impressed since joining from Brentford.
