TWO suspected drug dealers were arrested following a police raid on a house.
Officers swooped on the property in Markhouse Road, Walthamstow, at 7.30am on Tuesday (August 7).
A 19-year-old and a 32-year-old were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply cannabis - a Class B drug - and a quantity of cash was also seized.
A 37-year-old man at the house was also arrested on suspicion of being in the country illegally after his visa to stay in the UK expired.
He has been sent to an immigration detention centre.
The suspected drug dealers have been bailed until October.
The raid was carried out as part of the Met's Operation Hawk, which involves officers from Safer Neighbourhood Teams working with different police units to tackle crime in response to specific concerns from residents.
