A MAN and two boys have been charged with burglary after a phone shop break-in.
Viorel Rodincius, 49, of no fixed address, a 16-year-old boy and a 17-year-old boy, who have not been named, are accused of stealing mobile phones from Carphone Warehouse in Old Church Road, Chingford, yesterday.
Police arrested the three after being called to the scene at 3.40am.
