THE Alzheimer's Society has opened a new centre in Waltham Forest.
The charity hopes to provide help and support for people with dementia at and around its new office in Crownfield Road, Stratford, and has already planned a carers group for family and friends to take place next month.
The Carers Support Group will provide practical tips for caring for someone with Alzheimer's and advice on how to access local dementia services at the Hamara Family Project in Cartel House, 1b Priory Avenue in Walthamstow on September 5.
