AN 11-year-old boy has been charged with robbery after he allegedly stole another child's bike.
The victim, a 10-year-old boy, was with his cycle in Hale End Road, Walthamstow, when he was approached by another youngster at around 7.30pm on Friday June 8.
The mugger intimidated the boy into handing over his bike and then rode off with it.
The suspect, who cannot be named because of his aged, was arrested on July 19 and charged yesterday (Thursday August 9).
He will appear at Stratford Youth Court later this month.
