Episode four of this year's The Apprentice series was back with all the drama we expect from the boardroom.

The fourth episode saw 12 candidates battle it out to win over Lord Alan Sugar and his aides, Baroness Karren Brady and first-ever The Apprentice winner Tim Campbell.

Last week, Shama Amin, from Bradford, made a dramatic exit due to health reasons before the third brief was given and pharmacist Navid was fired by Lord Sugar.

Who is on each team?

Team Infinity included Sophie, Akshay, Kathryn, Amy, Stephanie and Alex.

On Team Diverse was Francesca, Brittany, Nick, Aaron, Harpreet and Akeem.

What happened in episode four?

In the fourth episode, the candidates met Lord Sugar at the National Maritime Museum to get the brief.

The task involved each team creating a fish dish to sell to the public and selling the catch of the day to the corporate clients.

The project manager on Team Infinity was Alex, and they went with crab for their main dish of arancini.

Harpreet headed up Team Diverse and they chose the healthier option of pollack in fish tacos.

Three members of each team went to Newquay in Cornwall to find their catch of the day and the main fish to sell to the public.

The others stayed in London to sell their catch of the day to a major 5-star hotel client.

Team Infinity in London, Alex, Kathryn and Akshay, forgot to mention to the client they were catching fresh crab, which was a major mistake.

They also forgot to arrange a time to deliver the fish to the client.

Who was fired?

In the boardroom, it was revealed that Infinity spent £439.85 and sold £556.41, giving them a profit of £116.56.

Diverse spent £549.53 and had a huge profit of £312.42, having made £861.95 on sales.

The winning team was sent to the Sea Life centre in London to get an experience in a shark cage.

Team Infinity failed to come out on top and Akshay, Kathryn and Alex found themselves in the bottom three.

"Alex, Captain Bird's Eye or captain bird's brain?" said Lord Sugar.

He also said it was one of the "worst failures" he has ever seen in the boardroom.

This week Alex failed to impress Lord Sugar and was fired.

Alex said: "I feel like Lord Sugar made a big mistake. I finally stepped up to be a PM and unfortunately, it cost me in the process."
