Tottenham's Tom Carroll is optimistic that a successful loan spell at QPR will help him achieve his goal of becoming a first team regular at White Hart Lane.
The highly-rated 21-year-old has joined Harry Redknapp’s championship side on a season-long loan and cited the career trajectories of Kyle Walker and Andros Townsend, who previously enjoyed spells at QPR, as reasons to be confident.
"I am delighted to come here and really excited," Carroll said.
"Harry (Redknapp) was a big factor for me because of how he likes the game to be played.
"The important thing for me now at this time in my career is to be playing regular football and hopefully I can achieve that here.
"I've seen what Kyle (Walker) and Andros (Townsend) got from their loans at Loftus Road, and I hope I can enjoy similar success."
