With the senior side’s game postponed due to the weather, Leytonstone Under-16s recorded back-to-back wins after beating Reachout 5-2.
It was a blistering start from Leytonstone which saw Ashtyn Michael open the scoring just seven minutes in with a wonderful goal.
And a second for Michael followed when a powerful drive to beat the Reachout keeper.
Carloz Gomes, Maxwell Gomes and Nasim Kournif all got themselves on the scoresheet with well-taken goals to extend Leytonstone’s lead.
Manager Daniel Owusu enthused: “We showed plenty of desire, and played well and I'm really happy with the attitude, discipline & performance the boys have shown.”
