DAGENHAM & Redbridge are propping up the League One table after slipping to their fourth defeat of the season at Bournemouth on Saturday.
The Daggers travelled to take on the Cherries, both of whom were promoted from League Two last season, but it was the hosts who came on top, cruising to a comfortable 3-0 win.
Jason Pearce opened the scoring for Bournemouth when he turned in Rhoys Wiggins' corner, and the Welshman was the provider for the second goal, swinging a ball into the box after getting the better of Danny Green for Josh McQuoid to finish.
Wiggins then rounded off an excellent individual display with a goal of his own.
The loss is the Daggers' third consecutive on the road, with John Still's men still searching for their first goal away from home.
