The Premier League has confirmed Leyton Orient no longer dispute the decision to allow West Ham United to move to the Olympic Stadium.
Orient chairman Barry Hearn wanted the O's to share the Olympic Stadium along with the Hammers.
Hearn launched a judicial review into the process which saw London Legacy Development Corporation select West Ham as preferred bidders.
But the Premier League today released a statement which said: "The Premier League and Leyton Orient are pleased to announce that they have reached settlement of a dispute regarding the future use of the Olympic Stadium on terms which are confidential.
"Leyton Orient confirms, however, that it no longer disputes the validity of the Premier League’s decision to allow West Ham United to occupy the Stadium."
Orient are currently in talks with Italian businessman Francesco Becchetti over a possible takeover.
