Leyton Orient sporting director Mauro Milanese has left the club.
The O's have confirmed the Italian is no longer working for the League One club. It is however still unclear whether he was sacked or resigned.
It is understood differences in opinion over transfer policy with manager Fabio Liverani played a major role in Milanese's departure.
The former QPR defender joined the club last summer but temporarily took charge of the side in October after replacing Russell Slade and Kevin Nugent.
Milanese won two of his eight games in charge before Liverani was brought in and he reverted back to his sporting director role.
