Leyton Orient owner Francesco Becchetti firmly believes the club can achieve promotion this season after backing new boss Kevin Nolan in the January transfer window.
The League Two club have signed six players over the last month including the arrival of defenders Nicky Hunt and Jerome Binnom-Williams in the last day.
The O's also managed to keep the division's top scorer Jay Simpson at the club and the owner believes the club are well placed to return to League One.
Becchetti told the club website: "We have been pleased with our January transfer dealings and we have backed Kevin with his plans for the first-team squad.
“We are delighted to be keeping Jay at the club and he is a player we are looking to build the team around.
"With the squad now at Kevin’s disposal we firmly believe we can push on and achieve our aspirations of promotion.”
