Ryan Jarvis scored for Orient reserves.
The striker netted during the 3-2 win over Gillingham, at Brisbane Road.
His low shot on 56 minutes put the O’s back in front, after the visitors had cancelled out the own-goal opener which put Orient ahead, yesterday.
Mike Cestor later netted the winner when he met at the far post trialist David Hutton’s free-kick, on 76 minutes.
Other club professionals who played in the Totesport combination central fixture were keeper Lee Butcher, Josh Millwood, Aaron Brown, George Porter and Steve Beautyman.
The result means Orient now top the table.
