Wadham Lodge held onto second place after they picked up a 2-1 win against Buckhurst Hill on Saturday.
Charlie Georgiou and Harry Honesty were the Wadham marksmen, while Buckhurst Hill scored their goal via Simeon Peter.
Lodge trail leaders Bishop's Stortford Swifts by four points but do enjoy the luxury of having three games in hand on the table toppers.
Division Two
Snaresbrook tightened their grip on second place by winning 3-1 at Roydon.
The Snaresbrook goalscorers were Steven McCormack, Josh Woodcock and Matt Shrubsole, with Martin O'Rourk netting the Roydon consolation.
Victory means Snaresbrook are only two points behind league-leaders Toby, who have played three games more than their nearest challengers.
LOASS moved up to fourth place after picking up a comprehensive 4-1 win at Rochford Town.
Scott Hill, Daniel Bondzie, Abiola Balogun and Kwame Agyei-Manu were all on target for LOASS. Ryan Lancaster notched the solitary Rochford effort.
Bottom-of-the-league Debden Sports claimed their first win of the season by beating Benfleet 2-1.
Jamies Braithwaite scored the all-important goal for Debden, who are now a point behind second-bottom Ryan FC.
Division Three

Jourdel Lord claimed Epping's consolation effort.
