The result was ultimately inconsequential but a hat-trick from James Peagram was added to by Thomas Metcalfe (2) and Bradley Harmer.
In third, EMWA cruised to a 5-1 away win at Elm Park Eagles.
Jermaine Dowe and Ryan Reid each helped themselves to doubles, whilst Kacey Adam wrapped up the scoring.
Morfdown Elect are relegated after drawing 3-3 with mid-table Woodbridge.
Goals from Lee Beardsell, Carl Hatt and Ricky Abel Barwick were not enough to prevent Morfdown heading down.
Division One
Ainslie Wood brushed aside May & Baker Club 5-1 and know their title destiny is in their own hands.
Third-placed Aldborough Hatch have one match left and can still catch the current leaders, who themselves have two to play with a two-point lead.
Eric Kelly ran in a hat-trick, whilst Jonathan Carter and Ricky Lee Speed were also on target. Paul David Scott replied for M & B.
West Essex Sunday Charity Cup
Romford Elite lifted the Charity Cup after defeating Lonsdale 2-1.
