Three East London Runners recorded personal bests in Monday's Bupa 10km run through London.
Andy Kumar was first home for the club in 37.08 to set a new best time, whilst Lucy Jarvis (47.20) and Bozena Myslinska (48.03) also record new personal bests.
Dan Slipper (37.57), Stuart Kelly (38.40), Diccon Loy (40.41), Ashley Faria (45.36), Katherine Harris (45.53) and Jamie Xavier (46.54) also took part On Sunday, Patrick Brown was seventh in the Bupa Westminster Mile with a time of 4.44.
Aaron Browne (5.22), James Nichols (5.23), Dan Slipper (5.34), Mohammed Aklaqul Ambea (5.52), Craig Livermore (5.55), Bozena Myslinska (6.29), Saheed Shabbir (6.30), Matt Rogers (6.31), Paul Marshall (6.53), Diana Rexhepaj (7.45) also took part.
