SPURS are reported to be in a tug-of-war battle with Premier League rivals Everton for Standard Liege defensive midfield ace Marouane Fellaini.
According to the Sun the Belgian champions turned down a bid from Spurs last week, and the report claims the Toffees could step in to sign the 20-year-old.
Fellaini is likely to cost in the region of £11.2million, although the Belgium international could provide the bite in midfield Juande Ramos' side have lacked so far this season.
