SPURS boss Juande Ramos believes he now has the fire-power to succeed at White Hart Lane following the arrival of Roman Pavlyuchenko.
The Russian striker landed at White Hart Lane on Saturday, and despite rumours that leading forward Dimitar Berbatov will still leave the club, Ramos is happy his latest signing can fill the gap.
“We saw him play in the European Championship and he scores goals and works hard for the team,” Ramos told Setanta Sports.
“I think he is a footballer of an extremely high standard and I feel he can help the team solve some of the problems it has been having.”
